Responsibilities
- Executes sales plan and develops strong partnerships with line-of-business and internal partners to identify and drive client and prospect sales opportunities, achieving or exceeding revenue and portfolio growth objectives for assigned client portfolio.
- Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners to collaborate on opportunities and engage in strategic client planning.
- Independently manages a portfolio of clients with Treasury Solutions (TS) needs, requiring general knowledge of banking and TS products/services as well as working capital concepts.
- Participates in developing detailed relationship plans for clients/prospects within assigned client group to identify key retention and new client acquisition opportunities.
- Provides client working capital services and solutions, including receivables, payables, information reporting, and liquidity solutions.
- Adheres to and follows all applicable policies and procedures; proactively escalates issues and risks to leadership.
- Consults with clients through various communication methods (in-person, email, voicemail, virtual meetings).
- Ensures accurate reporting of sales efforts, progression, and revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- 5 years of sales experience with financial or treasury products and/or services.
- Deep understanding of bank Working Capital solutions.
- Must obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification within 12 months of entering the position.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of sales experience with financial or treasury products and/or services.
- CFA designation.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Treasury trends and best practices.
- Subject-area expertise in one or more specific skill sets, business areas, or products.
