About the role
The Treasury Operations Analyst will oversee the end-to-end process of opening, closing, and maintaining bank accounts, facilitate borrower joinders for new credit facilities, coordinate funding requests, and ensure compliance. This is a 6-month contract position supporting a hybrid work-model consisting of three days on-site and two days remote per week.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end process of opening bank accounts across investment funds and legal entities including AML/KYC documentation, collecting of documents, signature routing and bank communications.
- Confirm newly opened accounts are established correctly and maintain accurate account records across treasury and banking platforms, ensuring closed accounts are removed promptly.
- Document and improve the bank account opening/closing process.
- Facilitate borrower joinders for new credit facilities.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate user access across banking platforms.
- Review account balances and activity, coordinate funding requests for low-balance accounts, and establish dormant accounts for closure.
- Update and maintain banking and investor information in treasury management system.
- Organize wire instruction updates from submission through final confirmation.
- Support legal entity formation, entity record maintenance, and investor contact updates.
- Assist with annual bank KYC reviews and ongoing compliance requests.
- Provide additional support as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in treasury operations, custody operations, banking operations, fund administration, cash management, or similar investment operations role.
- Demonstrated record of success managing treasury operations in close collaboration with internal/external teams, including treasury management, financial operations, banks, or related financial organizations.
- Strong experience supporting bank account administration processes, including opening new accounts and facilitating an efficient bank onboarding process.
- Working knowledge of AML/KYC banking, documentation, and compliance processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Pay
