Treasury Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly reporting and settlement processes for all investments with operational excellence
• Calculate amounts owed to and from the company and coordinate settlements with the investor-facing team
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, value, and risk, and communicate insights to leadership
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, Accounting, Treasury, and other teams to onboard new deals and address investor queries
• Lead initiatives to automate and modernize workflows using AI tools
• Mentor and guide two junior analysts in modeling and analytical thinking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or related fields
• 5+ years experience in investment management, portfolio management, structured finance, or capital markets
• Experience building and auditing cash-flow or financial models in spreadsheets
• Proficient in data querying and analysis using SQL or comparable languages
