Treasury Manager

This Treasury Manager opportunity is with a long-term client experiencing significant growth, located in the Miami area. It is a contract-to-hire role, allowing you to make an immediate impact while positioning yourself for a long-term career opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily cash positioning and liquidity needs
• Overseeing cash forecasting and short- and long-term cash planning
• Monitoring and optimizing banking relationships and services
• Managing debt compliance, borrowing activity, and covenant reporting
• Leading wire transfers, ACH activity, and treasury operations
• Developing and improving treasury policies, controls, and procedures
• Partnering with Accounting and FP&A teams on forecasting and financial reporting
• Assisting with special projects, process improvements, and system enhancements

Requirements

• 5+ years of treasury, cash management, or corporate finance experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience with cash forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with a large ERP system
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
