Principle Duties And Responsibilities

  • Ensures delivery of consistent, high quality customer service via telephone and email to TM clients.
  • Manages the client experience throughout the onboarding process and throughout the relationship.
  • Creates TM agreements, services implementation, and coordinates customer training.
  • Affords assistance in updating/improving internal procedures and processes.
  • Works closely with retail or branch to gather appropriate client documentation to complete opening of new accounts and ensures adherence to existing policies and procedures for commercial customers.
  • Affords assistance in the coordination and support of audits and examinations.
  • Demonstrates strong and demonstrated collaboration, facilitation, and conflict management skills.
  • Recognizes irregular, suspicious, or fraudulent transactions and escalates when they occur on a timely basis.
  • Adheres to established Service Level Agreements “SLA’s”.
  • Keeps informed about trends and best practices with respect to TM.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree, preferred. 3+ years experience in treasury business, required.
  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Honesty and respect for confidential information. Strong attention to detail and organization.
