Treasury Management Specialist I

We're dedicated to fostering a workplace where everyone shares a passion for our mission. This role within the Treasury Management Operations team involves performing advanced back-office functions and supporting the operations of various Treasury Management services.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Treasury Management services offered on multiple systems, including understanding their interactions.
• Work directly with bank management to support Treasury Management customers.
• Avoid file formatting errors for multiple Treasury Management services.
• Coordinate with other bank areas to troubleshoot and support Treasury Management products and services.
• Take ownership of issues until they are fully resolved.
• Review maintenance completed by other Treasury Management associates.
• Risk review ACH and Remote Deposit customers.
• Maintain account analysis billing system.
• Understand and apply NACHA ACH Rules and Guidelines.
• Manage risk documentation related to Treasury Management services.
• Ensure all departmental documents and activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of related experience, preferably in treasury management, banking operations, or customer service.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office programs.
