Treasury Management Sales Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Originate new Treasury Management business from existing & prospective commercial clients.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to identify and close cross-sell opportunities across deposit, lending, and payment solutions.
- Develop customized cash management strategies addressing clients’ payables, receivables, fraud prevention, and liquidity management needs.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and pricing recommendations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Treasury Management products, including ACH, Lockbox, RDC, Positive Pay, Merchant Services, and liquidity solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years of Treasury Management or commercial banking experience, with a proven record of meeting sales goals.
- Strong understanding of working capital solutions, payments, and deposit products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and collaborate across business lines.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Treasury Management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
