Treasury Management Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales calls with customers and prospects to extend relationships through treasury management and other bank products and services.
• Develop new treasury management business while growing and retaining existing client relationships.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales proposals to customers and prospects.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including business development, prospect qualification, needs analysis, and closing to achieve annual revenue goals.
• Maintain an accurate, current sales pipeline in the bank's customer relationship management system.
• Stay current on industry trends, collaborate with vendors, and represent the bank at local industry conferences and meetings.
• Serve as a treasury management advisor by educating clients on products, pricing, operations, and overall value.
• Participate in Relationship Manager pipeline meetings and hold regular on-on-one strategy sessions with partners to advance customer and prospect opportunities.
• Partner with the Implementation Consultant and Commercial Services to ensure new services are set up accurately, on time, and with responsive support for client needs.
• Identify product improvement opportunities by communicating client and prospect feedback to Commercial Product Management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of treasury management sales experience
• Demonstrated success meeting sales goals
• Strong knowledge of cash management products and related business, financial, and risk management processes
• Proficiency with Word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel, as needed, to perform essential job responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with financial payments software applications
• CCM or CTP certification
