Treasury Management Sales Associate – Amegy Tower/ Houston, TX

About the role

A Treasury Management Sales Associate serves as a liaison between the customer, the sales officer, and the implementation team to ensure a satisfactory implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide TM Sales Officers with pre-call research, develop proposals, and prepare post-sales customer documentation.
• Analyze decisions made for the client using strong knowledge of the portfolio.
• Provide sales backup for the TM Sales Officer and conduct joint sales calls with TM Sales Officers and Relationship Managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Direct Treasury Management experience is preferred; experience with treasury or cash management, product sales, relationship management, lending, or other directly related experience is required.
• Four-year undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic knowledge of customer service, sales, banking, and electronic payment processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service skills, and PC skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and resolve issues.
• Candidates in Houston and surrounding communities are highly preferred.
