Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for international banking products including Standby and Commercial letters of credit, Documentary Collections, and FX advisory services.
- Utilize a client-focused banking approach, including pipeline development, pre-call plans, and working capital analysis.
- Maintain a strong sales funnel with proper stage progression to meet annual sales targets and foster Center of Influence (COI) pipeline growth.
- Cultivate key relationships and networks by identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with associates through networking and relationship management.
- Manage existing high-touch client portfolios, focusing on profitability, trends, and identifying revenue enhancement opportunities.
- Independently manage the entire sales cycle process from initial relationship cultivation, nurturing leads, closing deals, and onboarding new clients.
- Conduct regional team meetings, deliver international product training, and promote Arvest Bank's international products, services, and capabilities.
- Stay current with international trade regulations, industry trends, and global political and cultural conditions.
- Regularly review portfolio and analyze reports providing meaningful insights and accurate client information.
- Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties.
- Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls.
- Report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer, client, and/or account activity.
Qualifications
- Toolbox for Success: Bachelor’s degree in sales, accounting, finance, international economics, or equivalent related work experience.
- 5 years in international sales of financial products, consulting, or services.
- Or 5 years in accounting at an international company.
- Internal Certification: CFB 4 Foundations completion or ability to complete within 6 months of hire.
- Preferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Bilingual skills in Spanish, Chinese, and/or French.
- Knowledge of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) publications UCP600, ISP98, and current compliance regulations.
- Knowledge of foreign exchange, international letters of credit, foreign collections, and international funds transfer.
- Knowledge of Export Import (Ex-Im) Bank and Small Business Administration (SBA) Export support programs.
- Previous experience with banking systems.

Pay
Pay is based on a number of factors including the successful candidate’s job-related knowledge and skills, qualifications, and prior experience.
Schedule
The position is remote and incumbent should reside within the market area of support: Greater Kansas City, MO, Oklahoma City or Tulsa, OK area. This position will require travel to these locations as needed. Availability is needed Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with ability to work additional hours as needed.
