Treasury Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Treasury Lead to join our team at our Los Angeles Headquarters. As a Treasury Lead, you will play a critical role in managing the organization's cash flow, liquidity, banking, and treasury operations while supporting risk management and capital structure decisions.

Core Accountabilities

• Lead and oversee daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity management, and bank activity monitoring
• Manage bank reconciliations, intercompany balances, and counterparty settlements to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate payment execution, including wire transfers, deposits, and settlement of financial transactions
• Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning to enable informed financial decision-making
• Partner with stakeholders to support risk management activities, including insurance certification coordination
• Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within treasury operations

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting or treasury experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work overtime or weekends as needed to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Advanced experience in cash flow forecasting and liquidity modeling
• Hands-on exposure to FX risk management and hedging activities
• Experience supporting treasury operations in complex or multinational environments
