Treasury & International Accounting Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Support Eaton’s consolidated financial reporting process.
• Oversee Eaton's Treasury Center accounting activities including Eaton Total Cash Analysis.
• Manage legal entity simplification projects for the finance function.
• Supervise 2-3 treasury accountants.
• Collaborate on issues with global corporate functions such as Treasury, Tax, GFA CoE's, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Graduate degree in business, finance, or accounting from an accredited institution.
• Managerial/Supervisory experience preferred.

Soft Skills

• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Strong software and systems skills (Oracle, SAP, FCCS, Microsoft Office).
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to improve processes, both technical and analytical.
• Ability to implement new accounting policies or systems.
• Ability to adapt well to changes and/or drive changes.
• Ability to identify and solve problems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications.
• Comfortable and confident in speaking with senior leadership.
