About the role

The Treasury Management Implementation Specialist will implement Treasury services for commercial clients across Prosperity Bank’s footprint. This role involves developing onboarding plans, executing legal documentation, and conducting client training sessions for all Treasury products and services. Close collaboration with clients and internal business partners is required to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for effective and timely performance of assigned functions.
  • Communicate (via telephone, email, or in-person) with clients regarding Treasury Management products.
  • Onboard all Treasury products and services for existing and new Treasury clients.
  • Own, escalate, and resolve risk issues promptly when they occur.
  • Exhibit ownership of the onboarding experience and client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving and sound judgment/decision-making.
  • Review Treasury Management Agreements, internal forms, and onboarding requests to ensure proper execution.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Treasury products, services, and systems.
  • Track and report on projects.
  • Demonstrate well-developed time management and prioritization skills in a high-performance team environment.
  • Influence and establish positive working relationships across the organization.
  • Maintain standards of professionalism, customer service, teamwork, attendance, and punctuality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Customer & Internal Relations

  • Obtain and convey information as needed; compose correspondence as required.
  • Resolve (or refer) questions and requests promptly and courteously, with quick and accurate follow-up.
  • Act in a courteous and professional manner while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Assist related departments and support Treasury management customers and internal teams as needed.
  • Keep management informed of area activities, risks, trends, and significant problems.
  • Attend and participate in meetings as required; complete necessary reports and documents.
  • Stay informed of changes in policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Ensure the work area is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
  • Complete special projects and tasks as assigned.

Performance Measurements

  • Position duties are performed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Customer inquiries are handled appropriately; documents and customer setups are accurate and timely.
  • Records and reports are correctly prepared and submitted on time.
  • Good working relations are maintained with internal departments; questions are resolved promptly and courteously.
  • Management is kept appropriately informed; assistance is provided as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 1–3 years of banking or office experience, or equivalent higher education experience.
  • PC computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Qualifications

  • Advanced banking knowledge; Treasury Management knowledge preferred.
  • Prior experience in Treasury Management strongly preferred.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to assist others and use business equipment (PC, calculator, phone, etc.).

Schedule

Regular attendance required Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (40 hours per week).
