Treasury Fulfillment Advisor

About the Role

This role is responsible for acting as the primary interface to Treasury clients at Bank of America. The position involves leading, directing, and coordinating the implementation of highly complex treasury, cash management, card, merchant, and depository products and services. The successful candidate will provide relationship management, servicing, and technical assistance to internal business partners and vendors to ensure a timely and smooth implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Consults with clients through the implementation of treasury product packages
• Facilitates internal and external client calls to work through implementation requests for successful completion
• Troubleshoots, researches, and responds to internal client team requests for resolution
• Engages key stakeholders for awareness throughout the implementation process, owning resolution for the client LOB

Requirements

• Prior Treasury-focused experience
• Working knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, and processes
• Demonstrated leadership, including people development skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to drive and maintain exceptional quantitative team performance metrics
