About the Role
The Treasury Coordinator will assist in the cash management of all domestic accounts and support the entire treasury process for Berkshire.
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of analytical and administrative duties primarily within cash management.
- Assists in determining the daily cash position for various Berkshire entities and initiates transactions related to borrowings, investments, and transfer of funds.
- Manages the opening and closing of all Berkshire bank accounts, maintaining records and related documents.
- Administers day-to-day operational banking relationships for all bank accounts.
- Assists with implementations and support of banking technologies and software/web applications.
- Assists with other treasury-related projects as they arise.
- Demonstrates use of tact and discretion in all interactions.
- Represents the Berkshire employment brand by seeking to understand diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information and communications.
- Develops productive working relationships with team members, internal clients, and external third parties.
Requirements
- At least two (2) years of experience in cash management with a thorough understanding of cash management, potential issues, and knowledge of US banking systems.
- Demonstrated experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and compliance; ability to follow treasury and company policies and procedures.
- Aptitude for organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple priorities using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated multi-modal communication style that reaches all stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate with and manage up to senior management.
- Collaborative working style with inclusive behaviors, commitment to excellence, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to use and learn new technology (e.g., computers/hardware, mobile, software, cloud-based programs).
- Proficiency with computers, keyboards, monitors, and telephone headsets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency with FIS Integrity Treasury workstation and Yardi.
- Proficiency with multiple online banking systems/services such as Bank of America's CashPro and KeyBank's KeyNavigator.

Pay
Current anticipated annual base salary range: $60,000 - $70,000. Base salary within the range will be determined by various factors including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, and qualifications.
