Position Description TCB is providing an internship opportunity to practice Accounting Treasury and finance skills in a professional setting. This role will provide support to the accounting and treasury team with various projects and tasks while gaining confidence in the accounting and finance industry. Candidates must be available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM in the Boston office from January 4, 2027 through July 2, 2027. Pay: $20/Hour Essential Functions Conduct phone verifications for ACH authorization forms and wire paymentsProcess deposits, including electronic submissions and in-person branch depositsScan, organize, and save treasury-related documents in internal systemsDownload bank and utility vendor statements and reportsRecord and track banking fees for financial analysisMaintain and update data related to manual check processingConduct phone verifications for ACH authorization forms and wire paymentsCoordinate and obtain ink signatures from authorized signers as neededSupport the setup of new development vendors in internal systemsAssist with preparation of the quarterly uninsured balances reportContribute to special research projects and other tasksPerform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Great Organizational skills and attention to detailDemonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite specifically Microsoft ExcelAbility to communicate with co-workers and personnel in an articulate, courteous and business-like manner Ability to convey issues and problems clearly both in writing and orallyCapable of working with appropriate supervision and perform effectively under tight time deadlines Education & Experience Pursuing or possessing a degree in Accounting Treasury or Business Administration with an Accounting Finance concentration TCB is an equal opportunity employer.
