About the role
The IFAD is seeking a Programme Finance and Reporting Specialist to support the organization's financial management and reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Supports the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Ensures accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Monitors budget execution and provides regular updates to senior management.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial management and reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage complex financial systems and processes.
- Experience working in international organizations or similar environments.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French is an asset.
