About the role

The Treasury Analyst oversees daily client fund investment activities, ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing. The role collaborates with Treasury teams to support investment analysis, reporting, operational processes, and continuous improvement projects that enhance business performance and client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process client fund investments, wire transactions, and FX trades accurately and in compliance with policies.
  • Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate treasury records and reporting.
  • Analyze investment positions and support yield optimization recommendations.
  • Prepare reports and assist with ad hoc analysis and projects.
  • Partner with Treasury Middle and Back Office teams to improve processes and efficiencies.
  • Maintain data integrity across treasury systems and reporting tools.

Success Measures

  • Accurate and timely processing of transactions and FX trades.
  • Prompt resolution of discrepancies and operational issues.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and risk management practices.
  • Proactive identification of process improvement opportunities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Consistent accuracy through validation and reconciliation of treasury data.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Foundational knowledge of treasury operations, including wires, FX transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage priorities independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Interest in learning treasury management and corporate trust products in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in treasury, banking, corporate finance, or a related discipline.
  • Understanding of financial instruments and treasury processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, treasury policies, and foreign exchange (FX) activities.

Pay

The typical base pay range for this role is USD $60,000 - $75,000.

Schedule

This position is based in the Canton, MA office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week.
