Treasury Analyst

The Treasury Analyst position is based in the United States and offers the opportunity to manage critical treasury operations supporting the growth of innovative financial infrastructure.

About the role

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate reserve management, reliable fund movements, and operational excellence across banking and digital asset systems. As a foundational member of the finance team, you will help build scalable processes that support secure and efficient financial operations. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Compliance, and Engineering teams to improve controls, automation, and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily treasury operations, ensuring accurate reserve management, efficient fund movement, and strong operational controls.
• Executing and overseeing wire transfers, ACH settlements, wallet funding, and other financial transactions across banking and custody partners.
• Building and maintaining treasury rebalancing processes to ensure funds are appropriately allocated across accounts, providers, and payment channels.
• Monitoring reserve performance and optimizing financial positioning to support business and client objectives.
• Developing operational controls, reconciliation procedures, and documentation to improve accuracy and scalability.
• Partnering with Finance, Compliance, and Engineering teams to enhance treasury processes, automation, and audit readiness.
• Maintaining visibility into multi-account positions and ensuring timely identification and resolution of funding gaps.
• Establishing clear workflows, escalation procedures, and reporting practices to support growing transaction volumes.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen treasury reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experienced treasury or payments operations professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage critical financial processes.
• Hands-on experience executing wire transfers, managing banking platforms, and reconciling complex account positions.
• Strong operational discipline with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify, document, and resolve discrepancies.
• Experience managing financial workflows that require accuracy, controls, and reliable execution.
• Comfort working across banking systems, payment networks, and emerging financial technologies.
• Familiarity with stablecoins, digital assets, or blockchain-based financial infrastructure is a strong plus.
• Experience working in early-stage or high-growth fintech environments with a focus on process improvement.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to document processes clearly and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of operational responsibilities.
• Comfortable using tools such as banking portals, dashboards, spreadsheets, documentation platforms, and internal operational systems.
