Summary:This position manages many of the day-to-day activities in treasury operations to meet the financial obligations of the organization. Perform treasury activities related to cash flow, investments, foreign exchange, borrowings, debt, and capital management. Ensure policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory requirements. This position is based at Amkor's corporate offices in Tempe, AZ. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Provide first line of review and assist with debt and financing agreement managementResponsible for and will be one of the TMS super users/adminsPerform investment review and analysisPerform debt compliance to include monitoring and reportingProvide weekly cash flow forecastingSupport intercompany loan management activitiesPerform journal entries for monthly treasury transactionsPerform daily operations finance activities such as cash positioning, wire payments, etc.Provide financial reporting to different finance groups as well as finance leadershipCoordinate with global treasury teams on cash forecasting, banking activities, intercompany funding, and other treasury-related matters Position Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or related discipline is requiredMinimum of 1 year of experience in the treasury function of a large multi-national companyGeneral knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements for debt and other financial instruments with a sound understanding of accounting principles, preferred but not requiredDemonstrated understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt instrumentsDemonstrated experience with contracts and agreements review; such as debt agreements, credit facilities agreements, credit lines, senior notes agreements and factoring agreementsDemonstrated experience with SAP, TMS or other similar ERP systems requiredPrevious experience with bank portals a plusProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint are requiredExcellent communication skills with the ability to work across functional groups as well as cross-culturally; presentation skills are a plusAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionMust be highly organized, possess keen attention to detail, and be able to successfully manage projects in a fast-paced environment Desired Qualifications:Semiconductor or other global manufacturing industry experience is a plusMBA or professional designations such as CTP, CFA or CPA are a plus Location: Tempe, AZ.
