Treasurer, Treasury Technology - REMOTE

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Treasurer, Treasury Technology - REMOTE to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will shape treasury technology and financial strategy across a complex, high-volume operating environment. The successful candidate will lead automation, reporting, and governance efforts that strengthen liquidity management, investment execution, and risk oversight. This position will partner closely with finance and operational stakeholders to improve controls, planning, and decision-making.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Develop insightful financial and treasury reporting to support strategic decision-making
• Define and execute a technology and automation roadmap within treasury operations
• Lead financial planning and analysis activities including budgets and performance analysis
• Oversee asset-liability management activities and assess interest rate risk
• Establish governance for AI and automated solutions within treasury
• Manage investment portfolio, focusing on transaction execution and liquidity strategy
• Improve reconciliation and financial controls through process automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s preferred
• Minimum of 7 years in treasury, corporate finance, or banking operations with increasing responsibility
• Experience implementing automation and process redesign in finance or treasury environments
• Strong knowledge of treasury management, liquidity, and financial planning
• Technical fluency with data, reporting, and systems integration; familiarity with treasury platforms is a plus
• Understanding of compliance and risk management practices related to finance methodologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of explaining complex financial concepts to varied stakeholders

Pay

$180,000 – $280,000 annually
