Sibanye-Stillwater is growing our Greenville team and has two openings for dependable, safety-focused Thermal Reduction Operators. Responsibilities
- Operate thermal processing and production equipment
- Move pallets, drums, and materials using a forklift
- Load and unload conveyors and processing equipment
- Weigh, label, and track materials
- Monitor temperatures, pressures, gauges, and equipment controls
- Enter production information into computer systems
- Perform basic equipment checks and minor maintenance
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all required safety, PPE, and environmental procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Industrial, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and computers
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Dependable, safety‑minded, and ready to learn
- Subject to applicable pre‑employment, safety, environmental, and ITAR requirements
