About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects in Monroe, LA 71207 USA. Your work will involve 90-100% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful completion.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other project team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to build long-term business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 90-100% of the time.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Knowledge of construction industry practices and standards.
