Job Description

Requirements

  • 10+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up commercial projects
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades and complex project schedules
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Pacific Northwest and Western United States
  • Background in financial institutions, commercial, municipal, or other large-scale construction projects preferred
