Requirements
- 10+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up commercial projects
- Proven ability to manage projects independently
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience coordinating multiple trades and complex project schedules
- Willingness to travel throughout the Pacific Northwest and Western United States
- Background in financial institutions, commercial, municipal, or other large-scale construction projects preferred
