Traveling Superintendent - PEMB - Data Center

About the role

This long-term opportunity supports multiple hyperscale facilities totaling millions of square feet with extensive site development, structural, architectural, MEP, and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations from mobilization through turnover
• Manage subcontractors, logistics, schedule, safety, and quality
• Coordinate activities across structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and civil scopes
• Drive production milestones on large-scale, fast-track projects
• Partner with project management teams, owners, engineers, and trade partners

Qualifications

• 7+ years of superintendent experience
• Background in data center, manufacturing, industrial, semiconductor, healthcare, aviation, or large commercial construction
• Strong scheduling and field leadership skills
• Ability to travel full-time

Pay

The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 – $180,000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Schedule

This is a fully onsite position in Fargo, ND.
