About the role
The Traveling Superintendent will manage all field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This individual will serve as the on-site leader, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and driving successful project execution from mobilization through closeout.
Responsibilities
- Manage on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any project-related issues.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by subcontractors and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and address potential hazards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Strong background in construction management and site supervision.
- Experience with managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.

Pay
