Traveling Superintendent - Data Centers - General Contractor

Job Description

• Maintain a proactive project schedule for specific area of projects
• Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
• Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
• Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
• Maintain OSHA requirements
• Mentor less experienced construction professionals
• Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors
• Utilize Procore

The Successful Applicant

• Ground-Up Data / Mission Critical / Healthcare construction experience is required for this role
• Knowledge of and ability to manage all 16 divisions of the construction process
• Tech-savvy individual - Procore experience is a huge plus
• Strong Reputation for working well with Subcontractors
• Ability to create strong relationships with clients
• Ability to predict and overcome project challenges
