Traveling Superintendent - Data Center/Mission Critical

Position Responsibilities

• Schedule project, including short interval schedules.
• Develop a working budget based on estimates and project schedule.
• Manage subcontractors, solve problems and conflicts, and enforce safety standards.
• Control project costs by evaluating labor, material, and equipment costs.
• Ensure quality execution from groundbreaking through commissioning.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent experience through commercial construction supervision.
• 5+ years of field supervision experience.
• Experience with data center, mission critical, or hyperscale construction.
• Experience overseeing MEP-intensive construction projects.
