Who are we?

We are ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies. You’ll need 5-25 years of experience leading ground-up, light industrial construction projects, 100K sq ft and above. You’ll have the opportunity to manage the construction and administrative activities associated with the field operations of a project from day one!

Necessary qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction experience, with at least 5 of those years as a Lead Superintendent
• Ground up commercial or industrial experience required
• Pre-cast or tilt-up construction experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to travel nationwide, although most projects will be in the greater NYC area
• Computer skills: proficiency in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence
