About the role

Responsible for overseeing commercial interior buildout projects in Austin, TX. Managing teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project teams and coordinate with clients to ensure project success.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial constraints.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to execute buildout projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during construction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial interior buildout management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Skills
