Traveling Superintendent - AI Data Center Campus

About the role

Seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to support a confidential hyperscale AI data center construction program spanning multiple campuses in North Dakota. This is a permanent, fully onsite position based out of Bismarck, ND. The program includes multi‑building hyperscale AI campuses with buildings approaching 1,000,000 SF, up to 150 MW critical IT load per facility, and campus‑wide deployments totaling hundreds of megawatts, featuring advanced liquid cooling, medium‑voltage and utility‑scale power distribution, dedicated generator facilities, and high‑density mechanical and electrical systems. Work involves concurrent construction, energization, and commissioning activities on fast‑track schedules.

Responsibilities

Pay

The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year. Individual compensation within this range depends on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job‑related factors.
