Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage one or multiple mechanical construction projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource strategies to meet client expectations and business objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, and field leadership teams.
  • Oversee project financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, contract compliance, and profitability.
  • Support pre-construction efforts through contract reviews, project planning, and collaboration with estimating teams.
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers and project staff, building leadership capability across the organization.
  • Drive a culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement throughout all project activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large-scale Data Center construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, plumbing systems, construction methodologies, and applicable codes and standards.
  • Demonstrated success managing project schedules, budgets, contracts, and risk.
  • Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior Project Managers.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build long-term business relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with construction project management software and financial reporting tools.
  • Results-driven leadership style combined with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
