You will serve as a vital field team member, executing high-stakes industrial, demolition, and environmental projects throughout the Southeast. Responsibilities
- Execute complex demolition and construction tasks safely in commercial, industrial, and military environments.
- Operate a variety of power tools and heavy equipment, including skid steers and aerial lifts, to maintain project momentum.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, including fall protection and confined space procedures, to ensure a zero-incident workplace.
- Coordinate with site supervisors to perform rigging, signaling, and material handling tasks with precision.
- Adapt to changing project demands and environmental conditions to ensure timely completion of industrial service assignments.
- Represent the company's core values of accountability and respect while working on sensitive federal and government installations.
Requirements
- Proven ability and willingness to travel extensively for extended periods to various project assignments.
- Demonstrated physical capability to perform demanding manual labor and lift heavy materials in outdoor weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mentality necessary for high-stakes field operations.
- Reliable transportation and the professional demeanor required to access and work on secure military installations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in specialized field operations such as concrete cutting, torch cutting, or asbestos abatement.
- Proficiency in operating telehandlers (Lulls), MEWPs, or other industrial machinery.
- Possession of active safety certifications including OSHA 10/30, Fall Protection, or Confined Space Entry.
- Prior background in rigging, signaling, or flagging within an industrial or environmental service context.
Pay
Hourly pay rate: $25 to $30/hr
Annual salary starting at $55,000 with increases based on specialized field experience.
