About the role
Malcolm Drilling has been innovating and leading the deep foundation industry for over six decades. As part of our deep foundations, retention systems, and ground improvement services, we also provide a range of special applications and dewatering techniques. By implementing Design/Build, we execute projects quickly and effectively, allowing for timely collaboration with owners and contractors. Through our regional offices, we offer these services nationwide.
This role involves overseeing and enforcing safety protocols across multiple job sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, and promoting a culture of safety. The position is based in Mukwonago, WI, with frequent travel required to various project sites throughout the Northeast.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and enforce safety protocols across job sites
- Ensure OSHA and site-specific compliance
- Conduct routine site safety inspections and audits
- Lead accident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Deliver effective employee safety training
- Maintain all safety-related documentation and records
- Review and approve project-specific safety plans
- Champion a culture of safety at every level
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of safety experience in construction or heavy civil
- OSHA 10 or 30-hour training
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Strong understanding of OSHA standards and construction safety practices
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
