Traveling Safety Analyst

About the role

At TelCom Construction, LLC, as a Traveling Safety Analyst, you’ll conduct structured analysis of safety data, maintain compliance records, and support safety reporting tools to improve operational safety across projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit safety data across internal systems
• Analyze incident trends and support root cause tracking
• Monitor training and certification compliance across regions
• Aid in data collection and analysis to support the creation of dashboards and reports for safety KPIs
• Prepare monthly and quarterly summary reports
• Support site audits and maintain documentation
• Provide reporting support during inspections or audits
• Coordinate data collection with field and office personnel
• Ensure accuracy of safety recordkeeping
• Aid in continuous improvement of reporting tools

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in safety analysis, operations reporting, or compliance support
• Proficiency with Excel and experience using Power BI or other data platforms
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: Complete and maintain training, use keyboard/mouse, lift 10–25 pounds, stand, walk, work alone in remote locations
• Occasionally: Climb stairs, lift 26–55 pounds, operate vehicles

Pay

The wage range for Traveling Safety Analyst is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00.
