Job Description Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to maintain project timelines.Monitor project budgets and report progress to stakeholders.Ensure safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site.Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or changes promptly.Prepare and submit daily project reports and documentation.Travel nationwide to project sites as required. The Successful Applicant A Successful Traveling Retail Superintendent Should Have Experience with managing retail construction projects from start to finish.Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and protocols.Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage on-site teams effectively.Ability to travel frequently to various project locations nationwide.Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and project plans.
