Traveling Retail Remodel Senior Lead

About the role

SPAR is seeking experienced Remodel Senior Leads to oversee overnight retail remodel projects at major home improvement retailers throughout the Midwest and Northeast. This opportunity offers a chance to grow into a long-term leadership career while enjoying travel and construction work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach overnight remodel crews
• Install and reconfigure steel pallet racking and shelving systems
• Remove and replace damaged fixtures and displays
• Install store fixtures and signage
• Read blueprints and layouts
• Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards
• Complete project reporting and communicate daily progress
• Perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and operating power equipment

Qualifications

• Previous construction, retail remodel, fixture installation, or carpentry experience
• Prior leadership or crew lead experience
• Comfortable working overnight shifts
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to 20 feet
• Ability to read blueprints, store layouts, or schematics
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
• Steel-toe boots and basic hand tools

Pay

$25.00/hour promotion to Senior Lead upon certification
