Traveling Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

In this role, you will serve as an in-store merchandising leader supporting grocery retailers.

Responsibilities

• Complete category resets, build displays and end caps, rotate and date-check product, place and correct tags, and ensure shelves meet store and planogram standards
• Identify out-of-stock conditions, organize backstock and discontinued items
• Work directly with store leadership during project initiatives
• Use company technology (or your own device) to track progress, capture photos, communicate issues, and complete required reporting
• Assist in training new teammates, support basic scheduling needs, and provide general in-store operational oversight
• Travel frequently with regular overnight hotel stays

Pay

Competitive wages: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour

Schedule

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• 18 years or older
• Able to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
• Willing to travel within and outside your home state, with overnight hotel stays
• Have reliable transportation to and from work locations
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Able to work independently and possess successful team-building skills
• Commitment to performing job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
