Traveling Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

As an in-store merchandising leader supporting grocery retailers, you will help shape the future of shopping experiences and deliver on our purpose of connecting people with the products and experiences that enrich their lives. Responsibilities

• Complete category resets, build displays and end caps
• Rotate and date-check product, place and correct tags
• Ensure shelves meet store and planogram standards
• Identify out-of-stock conditions and organize backstock/discontinued items
• Work directly with store leadership during project initiatives
• Use company technology or your own device to track progress, capture photos, communicate issues, and complete required reporting
• Assist in training new teammates and support basic scheduling needs
• Provide general in-store operational oversight

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Ability to perform physical work: moving, bending, standing, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
• Interest in traveling within and outside your home state, including regular overnight hotel stays
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Ability to work independently while also possessing successful team-building skills
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment
