Traveling Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Complete category resets, build displays and end caps, rotate and date-check products, place and correct tags, and ensure shelves meet store and planogram standards.
• Identify out-of-stock conditions, organize backstock and discontinued items, and work directly with store leadership during project initiatives.
• Use company technology or personal devices to track progress, capture photos, communicate issues, and complete required reporting.
• Assist in training new teammates, support basic scheduling needs, and provide general in-store operational oversight.

Requirements

• Frequent travel with regular overnight hotel stays.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Ability to perform physical work, including moving, bending, standing, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and build successful teams.
• Commitment to a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
