About the role

In this position you will provide in‑store merchandising support to retailers, helping shape the future of shopping experiences. Duties include building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. The role requires regular travel—up to 50% or more of the time—including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and end caps in retail stores.
• Reset shelves and rotate products to keep inventory fresh.
• Track inventory levels to ensure optimal sales opportunities.
• Travel to multiple store locations, often requiring overnight stays.
• Interact with customers and store management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform physical work, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lb.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays.
• Motivated self‑starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to a safety‑first mentality in a retail environment.
