About the role
In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. This is a traveling position that requires regular travel as a primary requirement of the role. Travel roles may require various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time, including overnight hotel stays.
Responsibilities
- Build displays and end caps
- Reset shelves with product rotation
- Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
- Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Comfortable performing physical work: moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from work locations
- Ability to travel within and outside of your home state, including overnight stays
- No prior experience required; training and team support provided
