Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Travel regularly; this role may require up to 50% or more travel time.

Requirements

• Be comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
• Willing to travel within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays.
• Be a motivated self‑starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently while also possessing successful team‑building skills.
• Perform job duties with a safety‑first mentality in a retail environment.
