Traveling Retail Merchandiser

About the role

Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. Responsibilities include building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. This is a traveling position that requires regular travel as a primary requirement of the role; travel may be up to 50% or more of the time, including overnight hotel stays.

Pay

$13.00 per hour. Additional hours may be available upon request.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Able to perform physical work: moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• Willing to travel within and outside your home state, including overnight stays
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Ability to work independently and build successful teams
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment
