Traveling Registered Nurse

Join our team as a registered nurse (RN) dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized patient care across all care phases, including prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver tailored nursing services.Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.Performing patient assessments, education, triage, and coordinating various nursing interventions.Practicing within the full scope of nursing standards, ensuring compliance with licensure and regulatory requirements. Qualifications And Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.Current, unencumbered RN license; multistate licensure if applicable.At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.Obtain and maintain necessary competencies and certifications. Key Duties Include Providing patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.Participating in care planning and evaluation.Adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
