Responsibilities
- Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process
- Collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate and deliver individualized care
- Providing patient education, triage, and various nursing interventions across all phases of care
- Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to ethical guidelines outlined by professional nursing bodies
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state; multistate licensure if applicable
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience and six months of travel nursing experience
- Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility
- Required certifications and competencies maintained throughout employment
Key Duties
- Providing patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare environment
- Engaging in care planning, assessment, patient education, and intervention
- Working collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure quality outcomes
