Traveling Registered Nurse

Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized patient care.Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.Providing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.Practicing within the standards outlined in state licensure and the Nurse Practice Act, adhering to professional and ethical guidelines. Qualifications And Skills Required Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure.At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.Competency in maintaining required certifications and department-specific skills. Key duties include: providing patient-centered care, collaborating with team members, managing patient assessments, and ensuring compliance with professional standards.
