Traveling Registered Nurse

Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver personalized patient care.Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.Providing care across all phases of health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.Practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and ethical guidelines. Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred.Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.Residency at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.Required certifications and competencies maintained throughout employment.
