Traveling Registered Nurse

Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide personalized patient care.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Delivering care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Planning and coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to professional and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications And Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state, with multistate licensure if applicable.Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.Maintains required competencies and certifications. Key Duties Providing patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced environment.Engaging in patient education, triage, and coordination of care.Working within established standards, legal, and ethical guidelines to ensure quality care.
