Traveling Registered Nurse

Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized patient care.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to plan and evaluate care.Providing care across all stages of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.Practicing within the full scope of nursing standards, adhering to state regulations and ethical guidelines. Qualifications And Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.Current unencumbered RN license; multistate licensure if applicable.Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.Ability to reside at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.Maintaining required competencies and certifications.
